Beginners classes are 90+ minutes

Allow 10 min warm up & 10 min cool down.

Drink plenty of water 1-2 hours before your class and re-hydrate 1-2 litres of water after class. You are de-toxifying your body and flushing your entire system as well as strengthening and stretching each and every muscle, tendon & ligament in your body.

Expect everything from your posture to your complexion to begin to rapidly rejuvenate and improve as you reinforce every system in your body – from bones to skin, fingers to toes.
